For your edification:
A few summers back I wrote a short children’s theater script. I have no interest in publishing it, but I don’t want to let it languish up in the cloud with all my other writing. If you’d like to use it, here it is.
I made a reference sheet intended for folks reading Age of Sail fiction who, like me, have no idea what the heck is going on. You can find it here.
Other things I do:
I have a blog called Opinions on Interpretation, where I discuss museum interpretation I stumble across.
On a similar note, I sometimes really get into the groove over at Atlas Obscura. You can find me relentlessly editing for grammar, style, accuracy, and readability, as well as adding stuff to the Atlas.
I also write another blog, one that has things the blogging people say are important like a “niche” and “unique url” and “things to make visitors want to follow you”. It’s about traveling and high-tech travel gear. If you’re coming from this blog, you’ll probably enjoy this post about the Museum of Jurassic Technology, or maybe this one about my trip to Cambodia.
Sometimes I write for other people. Like HerCampus.
